Choose the right allowance
Our plans offer one to five simultaneous connections. The limit describes active viewing sessions, not the number of apps you have installed. If two people watch different programmes at once, select at least two connections. Ask support about separate locations before assuming any household arrangement is covered.
Prove one device before adding another
Complete the first device setup and test a channel, a movie and the guide. Keep its working settings. On the second device, use the compatible player and login method confirmed by support. The operating system may differ even when the two televisions look similar.
Test both screens together
Once your allowance permits it, play different items on the two devices at the same time. Check that your network can support the combined use and that neither player is silently opening extra streams. If a problem begins only with concurrent playback, report that pattern to support.
Keep preferences separate
Favorites, parental controls and resume behavior may be stored in the player rather than the subscription. Do not assume settings automatically transfer between apps. Configure each device for its user, and check backup options before reinstalling. Keep the account credentials private rather than sharing screenshots of the setup fields.
