Refresh the guide carefully
Use the player’s guide refresh function and allow it to finish. Check that the supplied guide source is associated with the intended playlist where your player exposes that setting. Avoid loading duplicate lists or clearing all app data simply because a few guide rows are blank.
Understand replay availability
Catch-up requires source support and compatible player behavior. The available window can differ by channel, and some events or programmes may not be replayable. A clock or replay icon usually indicates a player feature, not a universal promise. Test a specific eligible programme during the trial.
Report the useful details
Send the channel name, programme, displayed time, local time zone and player name. Explain whether live playback works and whether the problem affects one channel or the whole guide. Do not include full playlist URLs or passwords. A precise example helps distinguish guide data from a device setting.
