Name the coverage you need
NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL are common requests, but a league name alone does not identify the correct feed. Tell support the team or event, date, preferred commentary and region. Ask whether the relevant selection is currently available. Names on this page describe interests to check, not a rights claim or guaranteed schedule.
Check local channels and time zones
US affiliates and Canadian regional feeds can carry different programming. Confirm the station or city where applicable. Compare the guide’s time with your device’s local time zone and the event’s announced start. A correct-looking channel name is not enough if the guide points to a different regional schedule.
Use your real viewing conditions
Test on your main screen and usual broadband connection, ideally around the time you normally watch. Compare available resolutions if the highest one is unstable. Check audio, motion and the remote controls rather than judging quality from a still image. Other simultaneous streams count toward your plan.
- Exact event and preferred feed confirmed.
- Guide time and audio language checked.
- Actual television and network tested.
- Connection allowance and replay expectations understood.
Ask separately about catch-up
A live stream does not imply a recording or replay will be available. Catch-up depends on the source, event and player support. Do not rely on a promised replay without confirmation. If a feed fails, note the exact channel and time so support can investigate a specific problem.
