Check that you are in the right place

An account belongs to the provider that sold or issued it. Similar names and logos do not make accounts interchangeable. Find the order confirmation and domain you used. If the purchase came from somewhere else, contact that provider. Never send a password to a new site simply because its name looks familiar.

Match the format to the player

An Xtream-style login usually has a server URL, username and password; an M3U playlist is a full URL. A portal device can require a different address and MAC-based setup. Use the format supplied for your account. Do not paste a complete playlist into a field asking only for the server address.

  • Look for accidental spaces after copied text.
  • Keep the supplied URL scheme and port unchanged.
  • Check spelling and character case in credentials.
  • Confirm the subscription or trial has been activated.

Separate login from playback

If categories load but one channel fails, the login may already be working. If every player rejects the same details, ask support to check the account and server address. If one app works and another fails on the same device, focus on the second app’s saved profile or supported login format.

Send a useful message

Include the order or trial reference, device model, player name and exact error text. State whether the account ever worked and when the problem began. Do not include your password, full playlist URL or payment card number in the general enquiry form. Support can guide the next step without exposing those details.
