M3U playlist
An M3U playlist commonly uses a complete URL that the player loads. It can include account credentials inside the address. Treat that URL like a password: do not post it on a forum, share a screenshot containing it or paste it into an unknown website. Keep the entire supplied address intact.
Xtream-style account details
This method typically separates the server address, username and password into their own fields. Use the values supplied for your account, including the correct scheme and port where present. A successful sign-in may still need time to populate the library and guide. Do not invent a new server address from the storefront domain.
Portal and MAC-based devices
Some portal devices use a server address associated with the device’s MAC address. Select the correct device in the trial form so support can request the appropriate setup information. A MAC address does not replace every other type of login, and a portal method is not necessarily supported by a generic phone player.
Avoid mixing formats
Do not put a full M3U link into a server-only field or assume another provider’s portal will accept your account. If you are unsure, send the player name and a description of the fields to support without exposing credentials. After a successful setup, test one channel and one on-demand item before customizing the interface.
